This privacy policy applies to the Field Data Collector and Operational Field Data Collector Android App (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Integrated Geo Informatics Solutions Pvt Ltd (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

This policy explains what information we collect from Application users, how we use it, and what control you have over your data.

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information includes:

Device and Usage Information:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• Device manufacturer and model
• Device unique identifier (Device ID)
• Hardware details including board information, CPU architecture, and screen specifications
• Brand and product name
• Custom device name set by user
• Operating system name, version, and API level
• SIM card information including operator name, network type, carrier IDs, and country code
• Multi-SIM configuration details where applicable
• The operating system and version you use on your mobile device
• Application version and usage statistics
• The pages of the Application that you visit
• The time and date of your visits
• Time spent on specific pages and features

Registration Information:

During the registration process, we collect the following personal information:

• Full name
• Android device ID
• Phone number
• Email address(optional)

Location Information

The Application collects your device's precise location data, which helps the Service Provider:

• Track routes and calculate distance travelled
• Associate track data with specific geographical areas
• Verify track coverage in designated conservation areas
• Generate spatial analytics for track effectiveness
• Identify conservation hotspots requiring attention

We use your registration information for:

• User authentication and account management
• Analyzing track intensity by individual staff members
• Calculating effort allocation across different conservation areas
• Performance tracking and reporting
• Sending important notifications about the Application
• Providing technical support

The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

The Application collects your device's location, which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location and make use of in below ways:

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, contact no, designation, employee code. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access and Data Sharing

The Service Provider may share your information in the following ways:

• With Integrated Geo Informatics Solutions Pvt Ltd and authorized conservation agencies for patrol monitoring, analysis, and official reporting purposes
• With technical service providers who help maintain, secure, and improve the Application
• In aggregated, anonymized form with research institutions to support conservation efforts
• As required by law, such as to comply with legal processes or government requests
• When necessary to protect rights, safety, and security

The Application utilizes Google Play Services, which collects certain data according to their own privacy policies. You can review Google Play Services' privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

All third-party service providers who receive your data are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and cannot use your data for purposes outside those specified in this policy.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at tigercell@wii.gov.in and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at tigercell@wii.gov.in so we can take necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date." Changes become effective immediately upon posting.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights, we will provide a more prominent notice, which may include email notification to registered users.
